1) Delivery Coverage
We deliver flowers across the UAE. Same-day delivery is available for all cities, subject to availability, delivery distance, and order volume.
2) Delivery Speed
Fast delivery: Delivery is available any time and is usually completed within 1–2 hours after the order is placed where possible (subject to availability, location, and order volume).
In some areas/cities, delivery may take longer due to distance and routing.
3) Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.
If you want to display fixed fees, you can list them here (only keep this section if the amounts are 100% correct on your checkout):
Dubai: Free
Abu Dhabi: 120 AED
Ras Al Khaimah (RAK): 220 AED
Al Ain: 200 AED
Fujairah: 250 AED
4) Delivery Attempts, Recipient Not Available, Incorrect Details
To complete delivery successfully, you must provide accurate:
Recipient name
Phone number
Full address (building/villa, area, apartment number, access notes)
If the recipient is not available/unreachable, we will try to contact the recipient and/or the customer.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details, no response, or recipient unavailability:
A redelivery fee may apply, or
The delivery fee may be non-refundable (depending on city and courier dispatch status)
5) Changes to an Order (Address / Recipient Details)
If you need to change the address, recipient phone number, or delivery notes, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched.
6) Proof of Delivery
Where appropriate, we may confirm delivery via recipient confirmation and/or a delivery photo (without exposing sensitive personal details).
7) Support Hours
Customer support is available daily 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight) (Dubai time).
