Refund Cancellation Policy

1) Order Cancellations

Same-day delivery orders

  • You can request a cancellation as long as we have not started preparing your arrangement.

  • Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Scheduled (future date) orders

  • You can request a cancellation before the order enters “In Preparation”.

  • Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

2) Refunds

Refunds may be approved in these cases:

  • Your order was cancelled within the allowed time (see Section 1)

  • We delivered the wrong item

  • Items were missing

  • The arrangement arrived damaged due to handling/delivery

  • Delivery failed due to an error caused by us

Refund method

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

  • Banks/payment providers may take a few business days to reflect the amount.

COD orders (Cash on delivery )

  • If a refund applies to a COD order, we will arrange it via bank transfer or another agreed method.

3) Returns & Replacements

Flowers and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.

If there is an issue caused by us (damage, missing items, wrong item), we will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred), or

  • Refund (full or partial), depending on the case.

4) Reporting an Issue (Time Limit)

To request a replacement or refund for an issue, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and

  • Provide clear photos of the flowers and packaging.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

5) Substitutions (Seasonal Availability)

Flowers are seasonal. If a specific flower or shade is unavailable, we may substitute with flowers of equal or higher value while keeping the overall look as close as possible.

6) Exceptions (Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement)

Refunds or replacements may not apply if:

  • Incorrect recipient details were provided (address/phone/building access)

  • The recipient is unreachable or refuses the order

  • The issue is reported outside the allowed reporting window

  • The request relates to minor natural variations in flowers (shade/shape/size)

7) How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Order number

  • Recipient name + delivery area

  • What went wrong

  • Photos (required for quality/damage issues)
